1. Processing & Production Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packaging after payment confirmation.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Processing may take 5-7 business days for engravings or special sizing. We will notify you of the exact ship date via email.

2. International Shipping & Carriers

Kairosia is based in China and ships globally (with a focus on EU/US customers). We use only premium carriers that offer full tracking and insurance:

  • Primary Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS Worldwide.

  • Transit Time:

    • North America (US/Canada): 3-6 business days.

    • Europe: 3-7 business days.

    • Rest of World: 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control, though we will assist in resolution.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $300 USD (or equivalent in EUR/GBP).

  • Small Orders: A flat rate (typically $15-$25) applies to orders under $300, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Upgrade options for faster delivery (1-3 days) are available for an additional fee at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As the buyer, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country.

  • US Customers: De minimis rules may apply (usually duty-free under $800 USD), but please verify current regulations.

  • EU/UK Customers: VAT and duties may be collected via IOSS at checkout or billed by local customs upon delivery. Please check your checkout page for "Taxes" details.

  • Compliance: By law, we must declare the actual value (no low-balling) and content (e.g., "Lab-grown diamond gold ring") on the package. Parcels will not be marked as "Gifts."

5. Shipping Restrictions & Liability

  • Signature Required: All orders valued over $100 require an adult signature upon delivery. This cannot be waived. If a courier leaves the package without a signature, Kairosia will assist with an insurance claim, but we cannot be held liable for porch theft.

  • PO Boxes: We ship via Express carriers who generally do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

  • Re-routing: Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed for security reasons. Any intercept requests will incur additional fees billed to the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, and Damaged

The value of lab-grown diamonds and precious metals demands vigilance:

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows a halt in movement, contact us immediately. We will initiate a carrier investigation and file a claim on your behalf within 10 business days.

  • Stolen Package: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors. If stolen, a police report is required to process insurance.

  • Damaged: Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and materials, and send photos to wsqj329@163.com immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and secure shipping addresses. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require re-shipping fees. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses or failure to respond to customs queries.
